Dr. Lazarus Ikwa is an environmental and natural resources consultant with experience spanning mining, agriculture, environmental management, project finance, and investment facilitation. He holds a B.Sc. in Soil Science, an M.Sc., and a PhD in Environmental Governance.

He is a trained project manager, environmental consultant, and specialist in trade finance and capital procurement.

At El-Lacute Technology Limited, he sets the direction of the company's project development and financing work. He engages mine owners, communities, government institutions, and investors, and he guides each opportunity from first conversation to structured, bankable execution. His oversight keeps every mandate grounded in verified facts, proper documentation, and clear accountability to partners.

Dr. Ben Eguzozie

General Manager (GM)

Dr. Ben Eguzozie is a distinguished journalist, public commentator, and seasoned leadership professional currently serving as the General Manager of El-Lacute Group. In this role, he provides strategic and administrative leadership to drive operational efficiency, stakeholder relations, and organizational growth.

With a strong background in media and communication, Dr. Eguzozie possesses exceptional expertise in research, strategic negotiation, and problem-solving. He holds a PhD in French and International Relations, reflecting an intellectual depth and analytical capacity that uniquely blends academic excellence with corporate leadership insight.

Ifeanyi Emmanuel Uzoeto

Business Development Manager

Ifeanyi Emmanuel Uzoeto serves as Business Development Manager at El-Lacute Group, bringing over five years of strategic business management experience backed by advanced specialization in agriculture and fisheries. Holding both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.), he seamlessly integrates academic rigor with practical expertise in organizational administration, project coordination, and commercial strategy.

At El-Lacute Group, Mr. Ifeanyi leads growth initiatives focused on identifying high-impact market opportunities, crafting competitive proposals, and executing complex, multi-phase projects. He drives the group’s strategic direction by building high-value partnerships and securing sustainable funding pipelines to ensure long-term organizational expansion.

Guided by his core principle "anything worth doing is worth doing well," he utilizes a collaborative, solution-driven approach to navigate complex business environments. Outside his professional commitments, he expands his perspective through travel, reading, swimming, and competitive table tennis.

Victory Etim Okon

Assistant Business Development Manager

Victory Etim Okon is an experienced entrepreneur and business development expert with several years of professional experience across real estate, agribusiness, solid minerals, and community liaison services. She is passionate about identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable ventures that contribute to economic and community development.

With a strong understanding of business growth and stakeholder engagement, Victory has developed valuable experience in managing business relationships, facilitating community partnerships, and supporting investment and development initiatives across diverse sectors.

She also holds certificates in Biblical Studies and Human Resource Management, reflecting her interest in faith, personal development, and values-driven leadership.

Uche Emmanuel Umah

Director of Procurement, Export & Logistics

Uche Emmanuel Umah serves as Director of Procurement at El-Lacute, bringing a strong technical background and strategic leadership to the organization’s supply chain, material sourcing, and vendor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Michael Okpara Federal University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), with specialized expertise in engineering material selection.

At El-Lacute, Mr. Umah oversees end-to-end procurement operations, directing technical specifications, equipment recommendations, bulk purchasing, and vendor management. His dual background in mechanical systems and trade certification from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity ensures rigorous quality control and technical compliance across all acquired assets and materials.

Additionally, certified in Peace and Conflict Resolution and Ethnic Conflict Management in Africa, he applies advanced cross-cultural negotiation and stakeholder alignment strategies to secure seamless supply chain continuity and cross-border operations.

Fatirume Odufa Kanabe

Director of Marketing and Customer Relations

Fatirume Odufa Kanabe is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with several years of experience spanning public administration, banking, customer service, marketing, procurement, and office operations. She served as an Edo State Liaison Officer in Abuja from 2010 to 2014.

Prior to joining El-Lacute Technology as Director of Marketing and Customer Relations, she developed strong expertise in customer profiling and stakeholder relations, administration, team coordination and communication, and service delivery. She holds a degree in Public Administration from Edo State University and is currently studying Family and Human Relations through BYU-Pathway Worldwide.

She is hardworking, organized, adaptable, accountable, and committed to achieving professional excellence and contributing meaningfully to organizational growth.

Didier AMOUSSOU ZOGLA

Director, International Operations

Didier AMOUSSOU ZOGLA serves as Director of International Operations at El-Lacute, bringing more than 11 years of experience in public finance, municipal administration, economic development, and international translation. He manages operations in the United States while leading corporate strategy and growth across Benin Republic, Sierra Leone, and the West Coast.

His expertise spans budget execution, public procurement control, SDG-aligned development planning, local community mobilization, and multi-national stakeholder management. Before joining El-Lacute, he served as Director of Municipal Finance, Administration, and Development in Benin, overseeing municipal budgets, financial compliance, donor funding, and public infrastructure delivery.

A seasoned English–French translator and interpreter, he has delivered linguistic solutions across 45 African nations for organizations including Right for Education and UNHCR. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration from Atlantic International University, USA, degrees in Economic Sciences and English Studies from the University of Abomey-Calavi, and a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, and Management from CERCO Institute.

Mrs. Confidence Onone Ikwa

Director General Administration

Mrs. Confidence Onone Ikwa is a versatile leader with over 12 years of experience spanning educational management, project risk assessment, human resources, and digital data analytics. She holds an M.Sc. in Science Education from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, alongside professional certifications in Human Resource Management, Bookkeeping, Cisco, and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Her multidisciplinary background encompasses advisory on project risk and operations, supporting SME credit and micro-financing through precise financial management, establishing educational initiatives, and leading human resource functions. Mrs. Ikwa leverages strong analytical capabilities and administrative expertise to drive organizational performance and strategic growth.

Barrister Bassey Okon Bassey

Head of Legal

Barrister Bassey Okon Bassey is an accomplished legal practitioner and corporate executive with over three decades of legal practice, international trade, and commercial leadership. At El-Lacute, he guides corporate governance, enterprise risk management, regulatory strategy, and commercial transactions.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Commercial Law from Liverpool John Moores University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria. His career spans principal executive leadership as Principal Partner at Peckers Chambers and Bee Bassey & Bassey Solicitors, alongside senior board positions including Director at Fortune Marine & Energy Services (Nigeria & USA), Marine Service Nigeria Limited, Ranger Subsea Nigeria Limited, and Director of Legal Services at Bear Maritime Services (USA).
